Toby Studley, President
Toby Studley is the founder and President of SPS Consulting (SPS). Mr. Studley has more than 20 years of management and executive experience. He has managed every aspect of SPS’s growth from a staffing company specializing in accounting, administrative and information technology talent placement to a full-service professional services provider and management consulting firm.
Mr. Studley is committed to maintaining a strong and lasting partnership with each SPS customer. He ensures that SPS meets its customers’ requirements efficiently and effectively. Mr. Studley challenges each SPS employee to provide SPS customers with the highest levels of quality and customer service. He is dedicated to providing professional development opportunities for his employees and to creating a culture of excellence.
Prior to founding SPS, Mr. Studley served as an Account Manager for Don Richard Associates. Mr. Studley managed a team of 20 staffing and recruiting professionals supporting the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Mr. Studley led the company in establishing new customer relationships and developing stronger relationships with existing customers.
Mr. Studley developed his expertise in customer relationship building and account management while serving as a manager of several of Xerox Corporation’s key accounts. Mr. Studley graduated from Towson University.
