Program Management

SPS provides oversight, consultative, technical, and functional support to the Government and Government Program Management Offices. SPS’s staff of experienced and certified Project Management Professionals® (PMPs), functional experts and technical specialists support the program/project through all phases of the project life cycle.

Our program support staff uses industry leading best practices such as the Project Management Institute’s® Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) to help your organization improve its project success rate and decrease project costs.
